Our family run business combines both managing the farm, which has been ours for five generations, with both the butchers shop and delivery round. This enables us to provide a bespoke service to our customers who enjoy hearing how the animals are reared on the farm and speaking to our team who really 'know' their produce.
We are experienced in supplying both to retail customers and the catering trade, including a number of high profile local and national clients who were looking to source the very best for their menus. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a fast, efficient and professional service to the caterer, both large and small - providing information and support to embellish your menu.

Our specialist team of butchers take great care in hanging and traditionally cutting each carcass to meet your needs. All cuts are available, both traditional and modern, and our close work with the English Beef and Lamb Executive (EBLEX) means that we have access to many new ideas of cutting and presentation, to offer you a variety and individuality in your meat.
